Spring Tour and The Spring Thing ' 08

Every year, the Studio Singers have the great oportunity to reach different audiences in two different and cool ways: the Spring tour and concerts. First, the tour took us to 4 cities of the Northeastern part of California (i.e.: Lone Pine, Bishop, Mammoth, and Tahoe) and it was a nice way to perform the songs we've been rehearsing through the whole semester. Second, the Spring Thing was our big 2-day concert and the place to be. It was held at the LBCC Auditorium on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th of May. A lot of people came with enthusiastic spirits to enjoy of our "thing." On tour and in both concerts I had the amazing privilege to sing along with my dear friend Melanie, the classic "Corcovado." Special thanks to Tom Dustman and Kevin Kearney for everything they do, everyday. Melanie Marco, you're an angel.
